Damn, I wish the person who emailed me about this emailed me while the auction was still open! Alex Lifeson’s Gibson B-45-12 Deluxe Acoustic Guitar It was supposedly used during the A Farewell to Kings and Hemispheres era. $2650 USD was the winning bid. Not too bad a deal if it’s authentic.

A federal judge dismissed Alex Lifeson’s civil suit that was supposed to go to court later this month: Collier County sheriff’s deputies didn’t use excessive force in subduing an international rock star at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples, on New Year’s Eve 2003, a federal judge has ruled.
